These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Collab Tower (the "Service"), operated by Collab Tower ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Collab Tower is a platform that helps startups and businesses discover, connect with, and manage relationships with influencers and creators. We facilitate introductions and provide tools for campaign discovery, matching, and communication. We are not a party to any agreement, collaboration, or transaction you enter into with another user of the Service.
You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription or one-time payment, processed through our third-party payment provider. By purchasing access, you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge the applicable fees. Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise at the time of purchase, payments are non-refundable. We may change our pricing at any time; changes will not apply retroactively to a period you have already paid for.
You agree not to: provide false or misleading information about yourself, your business, or your audience and metrics; use the Service to harass, defraud, or spam other users; attempt to circumvent the platform to avoid applicable fees; scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Service's normal operation; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including in violation of advertising disclosure laws such as FTC guidelines on sponsored content.
Any collaboration, sponsorship, or agreement formed between a startup and an influencer through the Service is solely between those parties. We do not guarantee the outcome, quality, or completion of any collaboration, and we are not responsible for disputes, non-payment, or breach of agreement between users. Users are encouraged to put the terms of their collaboration in writing.
The Service, including its design, software, and content we create, is owned by Collab Tower and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you submit, such as profile information and portfolio materials, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and use that content to operate and promote the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any influencer's metrics or claims are accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Collab Tower will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable local law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
