01

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Collab Tower ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our platform to discover, connect with, and manage relationships with influencers and creators.

02

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, business or creator profile details, campaign preferences, and messages exchanged through the Service. We use Firebase for authentication and to store account and profile data. If you make a purchase, our payment processor collects and processes payment information; we do not store full payment card details ourselves.

03

3. Information Collected Automatically

When you use the Service, we may automatically collect usage data such as pages viewed, actions taken, device and browser type, and general location derived from IP address. This helps us understand how the Service is used and improve it.

04

4. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to operate and improve the Service, match startups with influencers, facilitate communication between users, process payments, respond to support requests, send account-related notifications, and maintain the security and integrity of the platform.

05

5. How We Share Information

We share information with other users as necessary to facilitate matches and collaborations, for example showing your profile details to a matched party. We share information with service providers who help us operate the Service, including Firebase for authentication and data storage and our payment processor for billing. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Collab Tower or others.

06

6. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time, subject to any legal obligations that require us to retain certain records.

07

7. Your Choices

You can access and update most of your profile information directly within your account settings. You may request that we delete your account and personal data by contacting us. You may also opt out of non-essential email communications at any time.

08

8. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect your information, including relying on Firebase's security infrastructure for authentication and data storage. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

09

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected information from a child, we will take steps to delete it.

10

10. International Users

If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate, which may have different data protection laws than your own jurisdiction.

11

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated policy on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
